Mirza Baqir's petition about the death of his wife and child, 1919
Mirza Baqir, an employee of the Finance Ministry in Kirman, claims that while he had left Hutkan to collect his wages in Jiruft, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Sarbanan had taken the writer's wife and his two children along with their household furnishing to his home. A few days later, Mirza Baqir's wife passed away and his children were sent to Hutkan on a pack animal. One of them stopped drinking milk and died eight days later. He is asking for justice.

Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two. Settlements of Mahmud Abad farm, 1871
Three settlements regarding Mahmud Abad farm, located in Narmashir: first, the daughter of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Kalantar [sheriff] transfers the ownership of her share of the farm, which was part of her mahr, to her husband, Aqa Muhammad Qasim, son of Aqa Lutf‘ali, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Then, Aqa Muhammad Qasim sells the property to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali, son of Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali for six hundred tumans. He, in turn, sells it to Muhammad Khan Sartip [brigadier] for six hundred tumans and a detriment fee of one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Sale document between Aqa Hasan and Muhammad Ibrahim, 1837
Sale document between Aqa Hasan Tajir [merchant], son of Haji ‘Abd al-Khaliq, and Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Tajir over parts of Kazim Abad property for one hundred and fifty tumans, dated 1837; Aqa Hasan had the power of attorney from Aqa ‘Abd al-Vahhab, son of Haji Husyan Tajir, and was the guardian of Haji Husyan’s two underage children. Haji Husyan’s wife had bestowed her share. On verso, in 1842, Haji Muhammad Ibrahim sold this property to Akhund Mulla ‘Ali in exchange for parts of Baqir Abad property in Rafsanjan in addition to one hundred and fifty tumans.
